A planned community, Whittington Creek is a covenants-governed community committed to maintaining the highest standards of design and taste for both private and communal property. An Architectural Review Committee comprised of homeowners ensures adherence to these standards. Covenants
On-site management
The Whittington Creek Homeowners Association is an independent, nonprofit
corporation managed by a member-elected Board of Directors. An on-site manager
and management staff are responsible for handling day-to-day operations involving
contractors, security, financial activities and maintenance of the neighborhood
amenities.

The Whittington Creek Homeowners Association enjoys a sound financial status, with no debt, a 30-year Capital Asset Plan and revenues that make it possible to maintain our amenities in excellent condition.
